Progress continues on San Leandro Shoreline development project

Preparation of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) which will study the potential impacts of the development of 52 acres at the San Leandro Shoreline with restaurants, a hotel and conference center, amenities for small boats, pedestrians and cyclists, as well as an office complex and a mix residential housing units is underway. San Leandro residents, businesses and other interested parties are invited to comment on the potential impacts of the project during the Public Scoping comment period, which ends Tuesday, August 6. Written comments regarding what you think should be studied in the report should be forwarded to Sally Barros, Senior Planner, at sbarros@sanleandro.org. 

Comments should be limited to concerns regarding impacts.  There will be future opportunities to comment on the merits of the project.
