Estudillo Shopping Center Gets a Facelift

Congratulations to ESC Partners, LP for giving the Estudillo Shopping Center at 1305 MacArthur Boulevard an updated look. Improvements to the façade include removal of the corrugated metal sign panel, new paint and stucco, and new Rite-Aid signage on the building and on the street sign. Other tenants are working on signage updates as well. Along with the exterior façade improvements, Rite-Aid recently completed an interior remodel featuring their latest store design.
