The site brings together key property details, links to marketing brochures, and other relevant information in a clear, easy-to-navigate format. Visitors can quickly review potential retail locations and learn more about the characteristics of each space.

The page also highlights recent retail openings in San Leandro and nearby residential development projects that are expanding the city’s customer base. There are great opportunities for new retail to grow alongside increasing housing and population.

A Simple, Data-Driven Flyer for Retail Brokers
